Take an airboat tour in the Everglades
Experience a unique adventure in the heart of Florida's wilderness
Taking an airboat ride through the Everglades is one of the most iconic experiences near Miami. Skimming across vast wetlands, you’ll explore a unique ecosystem of marshes, mangroves, and natural waterways while spotting local wildlife, including the famous alligators.
🕰️ A bit of history:
The Everglades are one of the largest subtropical wetlands in the world. Historically inhabited by Native American tribes such as the Miccosukee and Seminole, the area was officially protected with the creation of Everglades National Park in 1947.
Airboats were originally designed to navigate these shallow, marshy waters and have since become the most popular way to access and explore this remarkable natural environment.
